Gajraula plant is a state-of-art plant for manufacturing Spray Dried Silica in different grades for Rubber and various Non-Rubber applications. Total plant area is about 67 acres.

The quality assurance laboratory is equipped with sophisticated electronic instruments. The manufacturing plant has modern engineering workshop, DCS control processes, instrumentation in all production facilities. The company was set up with initial capacity of 10000 tpa and has already under-gone expansion raising the capacity  to 15000 tpa. The quality of the company's product continues to be  well accepted by the domestic as well as overseas customers. Our product is very well accepted in export markets of Europe and Far East, Sri Lanka, Nepal, China, Indonesia South Africa and South America.

It is an ISO-9001:2000 and ISO-14001:1996 certified plant. 

We are also having our own residential complex in the factory   premises having all amenities.
